We value your trust and want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase you make from us.
If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help with easy return, exchange, and refund options.


1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The item is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

  • The size, color, or product differs from what was shown on our website.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • It must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and invoice.

  • The return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or wrong:

  • Discounted or sale items

  • Undergarments, innerwear, or intimate products

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling


3. Return Process

To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@fizufashion.com within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and product photos (if damaged or wrong item).

  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

  4. Once approved, send the product to the address provided by our team.

Please note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was defective or wrongly delivered.


4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you about the refund status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued using your original payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad, card, etc.).

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, we will refund via mobile banking (bKash/Nagad) after confirmation.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Exchange Policy

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will happily replace your item with the correct one (subject to stock availability).
If the requested product is out of stock, you may choose a replacement item or receive a full refund.


6. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at support@fizufashion.com with photos or a short video showing the issue.
We will verify and arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible — at no extra cost to you.


7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting our support team.

  • Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

  • In case of prepaid orders, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation confirmation.
