Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver products all over Bangladesh, including Dhaka city and other districts.
Our delivery partners ensure safe and timely delivery to your doorstep.

2. Delivery Time

We always try to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days

  • Outside Dhaka: 3–7 business days

Delivery time may vary depending on product availability, order volume, weather, or courier delays.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges depend on your location and the size or weight of the package.

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳60–৳80

  • Outside Dhaka: ৳100–৳130

For promotional campaigns or large orders, we may offer free delivery — keep an eye on our latest offers!

4. Order Confirmation

After you place an order:

  1. You will receive an order confirmation message or email.

  2. Our team will verify your details before processing the shipment.

  3. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number or delivery update.

If we are unable to verify your order or reach you, the order may be delayed or canceled.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, please make sure to:

  • Provide the correct delivery address and phone number.

  • Have the exact payment amount ready at the time of delivery.
    Refusal of confirmed COD orders without valid reason may lead to restrictions on future purchases.

6. Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders (bKash, Nagad, or card payments), your order will be processed immediately after successful payment confirmation.

7. Delays or Delivery Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, certain situations may cause delays:

  • Unreachable customer contact

  • Courier service issues

  • Public holidays or strikes

  • Natural disasters or unexpected events

If your order is delayed, our support team will inform you and keep you updated until delivery.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Send us photos or videos of the parcel at support@fizufashion.com, and we will investigate and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

9. Change of Delivery Address

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately.
Address changes can only be made before the order is shipped.
